Prior to co-founding CDR Assessment Group, Inc. with Nancy Parsons in 1998, Kimberly served six years as a Senior Client Services & Operations Consultant for Hogan Assessment Systems (HAS). She is considered an industry expert on using psychological measurement to develop, retain, and motivate leaders and professionals.
Christine brings 25 years of experience in resource and project management to CDR/CDR-U from the geosynthetics industry. During her tenure in geosynthetics, she successfully managed her division through a merger, a change of ownership, an acquisition, two enterprise software implementations, an expansion of double size and capacity, and through reductions.
With a talent for forward thinking and her comprehensive approach to accomplishing goals, she set the bar for field services, and professional organizations in the geosynthetics’ industry adopted her company’s criteria for levels of professional certification.
Sydney joined the CDR team in January 2022. She has experience in different areas of marketing and public relations. Sydney works to bring innovation to the marketing strategy and explore new ways for CDR Companies to connect with audiences. She has a BBA in Management and a BA in Public Relations. She enjoys concerts, Broadway musicals, and spending time with her three dogs.
Ed brings over 30 years of industry experience to CDR. During his career with a major petroleum company, Ed worked in all facets of Training & Development including assessing needs, designing, planning, implementing, delivering, facilitating, and measuring results of training programs. Ed built and implemented a competency assessment program for managers and provided one-on-one coaching to managers based on their individual competency assessment results. Ed and his staff received an award from the Oklahoma chapter of the American Society of Training and Development for the most innovative solution to leadership development.
Ed’s academic credentials including a master’s in statistics, and MBA in management, and a doctorate in educational psychological provide him a unique perspective on understanding how managers learn and development in the workplace.
Angela Spadaro is an accomplished Sales Executive that for the past two decades has helped companies make giant leaps in sales with a client-focused approach that revamps process and strategy taking them to continuous yearly increases.
Angela was a DI soccer player and team captain, she was a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Missouri State with a BS degree in Economics. After earning an MS in Occupational Therapy at Temple University, Angela then substantially increased the revenue and market share for CDR Assessment Group, a Leadership Development firm until 2012. From there, she opened the Philadelphia region for Insperity with unprecedented company success garnering multiple awards including the #1 Rookie Sales Award and she was Inducted into the Chairmain’s Club.
Revisiting Angela’s entrepreneurial roots she joined Xelerate as a Partner and CSO in 2015, increasing revenue and employee count by 3x in three years. She was awarded the SmartCEO Executive Award in February of 2017 and 2018 Philly/Jersey Man Magazine’s Woman of the Year.
In addition to her professional accolades, Angela sits on the board for Economics PA and The Center for Grieving Children. She was crowned Mrs. Pennsylvania in 2014.
Katie Moore is the Owner and President of a boutique consulting firm that works with beverage companies as an executive coach. In addition, Katie works with these SMBs to scale and grow existing brands and improve speed to market on new product introductions by focusing on supply chain operations improvements.
Katie was formerly the Vice President, Procurement, Direct to Consumer Operations and New Product Development in the Wine and Spirits division of Constellation Brands, Inc. based out of Napa, California with over $600MM in spend under management. Prior to Constellation Brands, Katie spent time in marketing with General Electric and led plant operations for Bimbo Bakeries USA (formerly Sara Lee) and Anheuser Busch InBev.
Katie has passion for mobilizing high performing teams, driving culture change and solving complex manufacturing and supply chain challenges. She loves building exciting, superior products in the fast-moving consumer packaged goods world. She became a food production plant manager before she was 30. She’s worked as a tactical manager, a talent developer, an invested leader, a strategic thinker and as a global industry marketer.
Katie Moore received her Masters in Business Administration (with Honors) from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. She graduated Cum Laude from Missouri University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and minored in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Katie is certified as an executive coach using CDR Assessments.
